Learn the Decapack process to ensure a successful fine art move and relocation.
Consultation and estimate: Robust planning and an accurate estimate is key to ensuring the arrival of fine art in a timely manner and in optimal conditions. During our pre-move survey visit, we evaluate the fine art bound for relocation, the moving space, and accessibility, among other details. We use this information to prepare a customized a quote.
Services at origin location: We rely on a team of packers specialized in the relocation of fine art, and with an average of over 15 years of experience, who will custom pack each item according to the particular features of each piece, and in a cordial and respectful manner. The coordinator assigned to your shipment will assist you throughout the entire process, regarding procedures and necessary paperwork, until the artwork is delivered to its final destination.
Transport: Our fine art specialists will oversee the handling of the pieces at all stages.
Destination services: By way of our network of international agents specializing in logistics, customs clearance, the handling and transport of fine art, we assist you in all procedures related to the object’s import. We also manage the delivery and unpacking of the pieces.
Post-Servicing comparison images: Once your move is complete, we will follow up and provide assistance through our Customer Service department. In the event of a possible claim or disagreement, our executives will process this in a timely manner.
International Certification
Decapack is certified by FIDI-FAIM, a standard for managing international moving services that is audited by Ernst & Young.
