Good planning is key to a successful corporate move. We work with the company to define the conditions and restrictions of each service, establishing the process that will be followed.
Consultation and planning: We will design a custom office move plan and provide you with practical and valuable tips to help reduce costs and have the least possible effect on productivity. We will also organize any meetings that are necessary for planning the move and estimating costs, in order to arrive at the final quote.
Execution: Before the move, it is practical to deliver a certain number of boxes to each employee so they can store their most important objects. The name of each employee is recorded on the box, and the location of his or her new office specified. The service team usually begins packing and moving objects of less immediate need, such as files, common area furniture and decorative items. Later, we proceed with the packing of furniture from each individual office, and finally with the computers and other information technology equipment. Please note that you should rely on the support of a specialist in computer equipment to disconnect and later reconnect this equipment.
Post-Move: Once the moving process is complete, we will follow up for quality control purposes and identify areas for improvement, because customer feedback is of vital importance for helping us maintain our quality standards. During this stage, insurance claims are also processed, if necessary.
